Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in IT recruitment.

• Solid understanding of IT roles and technologies.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Experience with ATS tools.

• English proficiency at least Upper-Intermediate level.

  
  

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for IT roles (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offers).

• Actively source candidates via LinkedIn and other platforms.

• Build strong relationships with candidates and clients.

• Provide market insights and advise on recruitment strategies.

• Maintain and update the ATS and candidate database.
